摘　　要：β-内酰胺抗生素的发酵生产是生物技术在过去50年中的杰作,当今的β-内酰胺抗生素产品,尤其是青霉素类和头孢菌素类,是全球生物技术产品方面的主要代表。本文主要叙述了β-内酰胺抗生素工业化生产的最新进展及发展趋势。The industrial production ofβ-lactam antibiotics by fermentation over the past 50 years is one of the outstanding examples of biotechnology. Today, the β- lactam antibiotics, particularly penicillins and cephalosporins, represent the world＇s major biotechnology products. The new evolvement and the direction of development are narrated in this paper.
