马来酸曲美布汀联合小剂量阿普唑仑治疗功能性消化不良的临床观察

摘　　要：目的：评价马来酸曲美布汀联合小剂量阿普唑仑治疗功能性消化不良（FD）的临床疗效及安全性。方法：将118例患者随机分为马来酸曲美布汀联合小剂量阿普唑仑治疗组与多潘立酮对照组。疗程均为8周，随访3个月。两组患者年龄、性别、体重、临床指征差异均无显著性（P〉0．05）。结果：治疗组症状缓解的总有效率为92．7％，与对照组（60．0％）比较有显著性差异（p〈0．05）。结论：马来酸曲美布汀联合小剂量阿普唑仑治疗FD安全有效。Objeetive： To evaluate the safety and efficacy of trimebutine maleate plus a small dose of AIprazolam in treatment of functional dyspepsia （FD） .Methods： 118 cases with functional dyspepsia were divided randomly into trimebutine maleate group（treatment group） and Alprazolam group （group control group）. They were treated for 8 week and followed by a 3-week withdrawal follow. There is no difference between two groups in age,sex ,weight and clinical feature （P〉0.05）. Results：The total effective rate of symptom improvement in the treatment group （92.7%）were higher than that in control group （60.0%）.Conelusions：Trimebutine maleate plus a small dose of AIprazolam is effective and safe in the treatment of functional dyspepsia .
