升主动脉根部及其邻近结构的观察

摘　　要：观察７５例尸体心脏主动脉瓣环、冠状动脉口、主动脉窦、主动脉瓣、二尖瓣环和二尖瓣前瓣的结构及其毗邻关系，讨论了主动脉瓣替换术、二尖瓣环缩术、冠状动脉造影与升主动脉根部及其邻近结构的关系．The structures of the aortic valve's ring,coronary artery's orifice,aortic sinus,aortic valve,mitral valve's ring and anterior cuspis of mitral valve on 75 boby hearts were observed.The aortil valve replacement,mitral valve's annuloplasty and coronary angiography related with the ascendens aorta root and adjacent structure were discussed.
