肺限局性切除术在肺癌外科治疗中的应用

摘　　要：１９８６年１月到１９９６年１月１０年间对２１例Ⅰ，Ⅱ期肺癌病例行肺限局性切除术，术后随访，３年生存率为６６．６％，５年生存率为５７．１％．术后病理检查证明２１例病例断端切除得均干净，并证实切除范围至少距肿瘤组织边缘１～１．５ｃｍ以上．术后随访见无手术切除部位肿瘤复发．The data from limited pulmonary resection on 21 patients with stage Ⅰ,Ⅱ lung cancer from 1986 to 1996 were analysed. The survival rate of three year was 66.6% and that of five year 57.1% by postoperative follow up. The resecting termination was pathologically proved to be complete and the resected arca was at least 1 to 1.5 cm away from the margin of the tumor tissue. No recurrence was of the resected tumor found.
