细胞融合对小鼠肝癌细胞株转移能力的影响

摘　　要：本文通过细胞融合的方法,观察小鼠肝癌低淋巴道转移细胞 Hca-P 与正常同源615小鼠脾淋巴细胞融合后,所得杂交瘤转移能力的变化。融合后共得8株杂交瘤,其中一株 PSH7转移能力升高,其余转移能力不变或有所下降。结果揭示正常小鼠脾淋巴细胞中有促使肿瘤转移能力升高的因素。杂交瘤PSH 转移能力的提高与归巢受体之一 CD44无关。PSH7的获得为进一步研究影响肿瘤转移能力的因素提供了一个实验模型。In this thesis,cell fusion has been used to study factors involved in the process of metas- tasis.Low lymphatic metastatic mouse hepatocarcinoma cells were fused with normal syngeneic 615 mouse spleen lymphocytes and the hybrid clones were isolated.The metastatic abilities of these cell lines were tested by injecting the cells subcutanesly and measuring their ability to form lymphatic metastasis.With most hybrid clones tested, The metastatic abilities were inhibited or suppressed.There was only one hybrid clone PSH7,whose metastatic ability was raised.This suggested that there were some factors in the normal spleen lymphocyte that made the metastatic ability raised.And it has noth- ing to do with one of the lymphocyte homing receptors:CD44.The acquirement of high metastatic hybrid clone PSH7 provide an experimental model for the study of cancer metastasis.
