改良的睫状沟缝线固定后房型人工晶体植入术

摘　　要：本文通过采用改良的睫状沟缝线固定后房型人工晶体植入术对无晶体后囊膜及后囊膜严重破损患者进行了治疗。术后随访了6～24个月,平均15.59个月,视力为0.3～1.0。除了1例伴有陈旧性脉络膜病变和既往行视网膜脱离术后及2例由于角膜破裂,外伤性白内障多次手术而致剥夺性弱视外,其余的26只眼术后随访视力均大于0.5,取得了满意的效果,均无不良反应。本文同时详细地讨论了改良的手术方法、手术适应证,将既往几种缝线固定方法进行了比较,介绍了本改良方法所具有的独到之处。此方法简便易行,便于在临床广泛开展,推广应用。The patients were implanted PC-IOL with improved method of ciliary sulcus suturing during partially of totally devid of the posterior lens capsular.The postoperative visual acuity ranged from 0.3 to 1.0 during a follow—up 6 to 12 months,average 8.8 months. Disreagrding 1 eye with fundus leision,2 eyes with amhlyopia,other eyes still obtained satisfactory visual acuity of 0.5 or over.The improved technical procedures of surgery indication and advantages were described here.
