摘　　要：通过对建设监理企业所处内外部环境的分析,阐述了监理企业实施知识管理的必要性、存在的问题和实施方式。通过对如何借助信息技术构建知识管理系统的研究,提出了监理企业知识管理系统的框架模型。探讨了监理企业知识管理系统的网络实现方式,提出了"三网一库"的网络结构。Based on the analysis the internal and external environment of the construction project management enterprises, the importance, problems and implementation method of knowledge management are discussed in this paper. By means of information technology, a knowledge management system framework of the construction project management enterprises and its corresponding network structure have been put forward.
