缺血-再灌注鼠脑Ca^(2+)、ATP酶活性和脑水含量的变化及中药的影响

摘　　要：本文对缺血－再灌注大白鼠脑组织Ｃａ２＋、ＡＴＰ酶及脑含水量进行了研究，并观察了中药对其影响。发现缺血及再灌注后空白对照组脑组织Ｃａ２＋升高、ＡＴＰ酶降低，脑水含量增高，而中药治疗组结果相反。提示：Ｃａ２＋、ＡＴＰ酶在缺血性脑损伤中起重要作用。而本中药方对缺血性脑损伤有着保护作用。In this paper changes of Ca^2+,ATP enzyme and water content of brain in cerebral ischemia and reirrigate rat and effect of medical herbs were investigated.We found that there were higher Ca^2+,lower ATP enzyme and higher cerebral water content with brain in cerebral ischemia and reirrigate rats than normal ones.But the results of rats that had treated by medical herbs were contary.It indicates that Ca^2+and ATP enzyme play an important role in ischemic cerebral injury and the medical herbs have protective function on it.
