摘 要:介绍了一种新型过程强化设备——内循环定-转子反应器的基本结构及特点,并利用定-转子反应器制备油/水型乳液。考察了转子转速、乳化时间及乳化剂用量对乳液平均粒径和粒径分布的影响,并与相同实验条件下采用超声波乳化机制备的乳液进行了对比。研究结果表明,采用定-转子反应器可以制备平均粒径为2~31μm、分散性好、粒径分布窄的乳液。与超声波乳化机制备的乳液进行对比表明,定-转子反应器制备的乳液的平均粒径小,粒径更均匀。The basic structure and characteristics of a new process intensification equipment named inside-circulation rotor-stator reactor were introduced, which was used to prepare the O/W emulsion. Effects of rotor speed, emulsification duration and dosage of emulsifier on the mean droplets size and droplets size distribution of the prepared emulsion were investigated. Experimental results indicated that emulsions with mean droplets size of 2-3 μm, narrow droplets size distribution and good dispersion could be prepared by rotor-stator reactor. Compared with the emulsion prepared by ultrasonic mulser, the as-prepared emulsion by rotor- stator reactor has smaller mean droplets size and narrower droplets size distribution.
