摘　　要：在阐明澧水流域自然灾害类型的基础上，分析了导致自然灾害链形成发展的成因结构与机制，并从防洪治沙入手提出了减灾防灾对策．On the basis of expounding the types of natural disaster in Lishui river basin this article analyses the formative cause structure and mechanism of leading to natural disaster chains formation and development and the countermeasures of disaster prevention and reduction are proposed by beginning with flood prevention and sediment control in the article.
