摘  要:为了能够实现长北气田井丛生产无人职守,提高井丛生产工艺设备的安全系数,探讨了DCS和IPS相结合的气井井口新型控制系统在长北气田开发模式中的应用。通过对该系统的设计思路、系统构成、系统功能的实现进行详细论述,分析了系统的可行性,并指出了系统运行中应注意的问题及改进措施。该系统已成功得到了应用,运行稳定,能够达到设计要求,实现了对气井井口生产的自动化控制。In order to realize unmanned operations for cluster wells in the Changbei natural gas field, and enhance the safety of production process of the cluster wells, the application of the novel control system composed of DCS and IPS for gas well wellhead in developing the Chang- bei gas oil field is investigated. Through expounding design concept, system composition, and implementation of system functions in detail, the feasibility of the system is analyzed. The cautions in system operation and improving measures are proposed. The system has been applied successfully with stable operation and the design requirements have been fulfilled, the automatic control for wellhead production has been realized.
