摘 要:目的研究制备亲水聚氨酯膜复合材料,了解其对细菌的防护性能。方法采用自乳化聚合法合成亲水聚氨酯乳液,通过织物涂层法制备亲水聚氨酯膜复合材料,检测复合材料对细菌的防护性能。结果亲水聚氨酯膜复合材料耐静水压达到9.5 kPa,透湿量达到2160 g/(m2.d)。该复合材料对细菌气溶胶过滤效率达到99.99%,对液体中细菌阻隔率达到100%。结论研制的亲水聚氨酯膜复合材料对细菌具有优良的防护性能。Objective To prepare hydrophilic polyurethane membrane composite material and examine its protective capability against bacteria. Method Hydrophilic polyurethane emulsion was synthesized by self emulsification polymerization and polyurethane membrane composite material was prepared by coating the emulsion on fabric. The waterproof capability, vapor permeation capability and protective capability against bacteria of the composite material were examined. Results The hydrostatic pressure resistance of the composite material was 9.5 kPa, vapor permeation was 2160 g/( m^2· d), bacterial aerosol filtering efficiency was 99.99% and bacterial suspension prevention was 100%. Conclusion The hydrophilic polyurethane membrane composite material prepared has excellent protective capability against bacteria.
