摘  要:以碳化硅、高岭土、氧化铝粉为原料,以混合稀土氧化物为烧结助剂,制成流变性较好的水基陶瓷料浆,将其浸渍在泡沫塑料上,在泡沫体上形成均匀的涂层,最终烧制成具有气孔率高、容重小、强度好、抗热震性强的碳化硅质泡沫陶瓷过滤器。研究了水、乙醇、NaOH、CMC以及NaOH+CMC对聚氨酯泡沫塑料的表面处理效果。研究发现:经过NaOH和CMC混合处理的泡沫塑料可以获得最佳的挂浆效果;浆料的涂挂量在一定范围内随着固相含量的增加而变好,当固相含量为75%时,可获得均匀稳定适于浸渍的浆料;二次挂浆可以明显地增加泡沫塑料的涂覆量,其孔筋直径是一次挂浆的2倍,增加了泡沫陶瓷过滤器的强度。SiC based foam ceramic filters with high porosity, light bulk density, high flexural strength and high thermal-shock resistance were fabricated from aqueous slurry by a replication process with polyurethane sponges as the substrates. The ceramic slurry with high viscosity and rheology behavior was prepared with SiC, kaolin, alumina, RE2O3 and other powder additives. The effects of H2O, C2H5OH, NaOH, CMC, NaOH+CMC on loading properties of polyurethane sponge were investigated in detail; the results showed that the sponge treated by NaOH+CMC can get satisfying loading properties. The stable and homogeneous slurry was optimal for loading on the sponge when solid content in slurry was 75%. It was found that twice loading slurry can improve the loading properties of polyurethane sponge, and the diameter of the strut almost doubled.
