参红胶囊联合化疗药物对393例肿瘤病人的影响

摘　　要：目的观察参红胶囊联合化疗药物对中晚期肿瘤病人的疗效、症状改善情况和免疫功能的影响。方法按照临床研究分组原则,将598例确诊的肿瘤患者随机分为两组,205例为单纯使用化疗组,393例为参红胶囊加化疗组。两组患者均分别连续给予治疗药物60天后,比较两组的疗效、症状改善情况、卡氏(Karnofsky)评分、免疫功能、外周血白细胞计数等数据。结果与对照组相比,参红胶囊联合化疗组肿瘤患者的总缓解率42.0%(对照组23.9%);疼痛、咳嗽、乏力和食欲不振的平均改善率为71.9%(对照组48.3%);Karnofsky评分提高了27.0%(对照组17.1%);CD3^+和CD4^+数量增加11.6%和19.3%,CD8^+则降低22.6%,CD4^+/CD8^+用药后增加54.2%;NK细胞活性和巨噬细胞功能也明显提高,IgG和IgA含量增加(P<0.05),而白细胞的下降率两组无明显差异。该组患者均未出现肝肾功能的异常。结论参红胶囊联合化疗对中晚期恶性肿瘤的疗效显著高于单用化疗的对照组。这一作用可能与其提高患者免疫功能有关。Objective To observe the effects of Shenhong （SH） alliance chemotherapeutic drugs on curative effect, symptoms improvement, and immunology function in 393 metaphase and terminal cancer patients. Methods Following the grouping rules of clinical trails, all the 598 patients were divided into two groups. One was the control group that had 205 patients treated with chemotherapeutic drugs only according to its pathological category. The other one was SH -treated group, which had 393 patients treated with SH alliance chemotherapeutic drugs. All patients were given the drugs that were according to the kind of groups for 60 days. Then, the data were recorded and analyzed for all cases. Results Compared with control patients （which was 23.9% ）, the total remission was 42.0%in SH- treated patients. The improvement rates of pain, cough, debilitation, and anepithymia were 71.9% , while it was 48.3% in control group. The Karnofsky grade of SH - treated patients was increased by 27.0% , but in control patients, it was 17.1% only. Besides, the CD3^＋ and CD4^＋ were increased by 11.6% and 19.3%, but CD8^＋ was decreased by 22.6% at the same time. The patients CD4^＋/CD8^＋ was enhanced by 54. 2% , while the NK cell activity and marophage phagocysis were improved significantly after SH alliance chemotherapeutic drugs. It was also seen that the content of Ig G and Ig A were increased in SH - treated patients. However, the reduction of WBC in peripheral blood or abnormal of hepatic and renal function did not showed in patients treated with SH alliance chemotherapeutic drugs. Conclusion It is clear that the curative effect of SH alliance chemotherapeutic drugs were higher than that of chemotherapeutic drugs in the metaphase and terminal cancer patients whom we observed. The therapeutic effect of SH is regarded as the immunology regulation.
