摘　　要：从三个方面解析内涵式发展具体内容:以人才质量为重心,设置科学合理的专业体系,培育凝练办学理念;剖析实现内涵式发展的柔性及刚性保障:营建蓬勃向上的校园氛围、狠抓学校制度的建设,强调正确处理好办学规模与质量的关系对于内涵式发展的重要性。This paper analyses the concrete details of the internal development in the following three aspects： attaching great importance to the quality of education, establishing a scientific and reasonable system of specialty, and cultivating the dense and deep concept of school - running. Then, it dissects the assurance of the realization of the intentional development, including constructing a vigorous atmosphere on campus, making great efforts in the construction of college atmosphere and college institutions, and putting great emphasis on the importance of the relationship between scale and quality to the intension; development.
