摘  要:针对平面度误差判定的最小包容区域法,提出一种新的、快速的实施方法,它将所有测量点分成“高点”、“低点”和“鞍点”3种类型,并指出最小包容区域法中的最高点只出现在“高点”中,最低点只出现在“低点”中,且二者均不会出现在“鞍点”中。这就极大地减少了轮流处理(搜索)的次数,提高了软件的效率,而且测量点越多,效果越显著。通过对70个测点的典型算例,表明此算法比传统的最小区域法要快几十倍。A novel and fast method is proposed to efficiently evaluate the flatness errom based on traditional minimum zone method. The new method is motivated by the finding that all the measure points can be classified into three categories, that is high, low and saddle points. And the maximum high points in minimum zone method can only belongs to the set of high points, minimum low points belongs to the set of low points, and neither of them could appear in saddle points. After dividing all the points according to their characteristics, the number of searching iterations is greatly reduced, and the total speed up is more obvious as the number of points increasing. As in an experiment for 70 measured points, this new method leads to tens times speed up over the traditional minimum zone method.
