摘　　要：运用文献研究法,界定体育竞赛不公平竞争行为,分析体育竞赛不公平竞争行为主体与构成要件,并以各主体为主线归纳分析其具体的不公平竞争行为.This article mainly uses the method of literature research to show the definition of the unfair competitive behavior, and meanwhile analyse the main body and the composing parts of the unfair competitive behavior of sports event in order to conclude the idiograghic unfair competitive behavior.
