摘　　要：目的:观察除草剂丁草胺对蟾蜍心肌收缩力和心肌酶谱的影响,探讨丁草胺对蟾蜍心肌的生理毒性。方法:将蟾蜍随机分组进行染毒,分别在染毒后3,6,9d,应用计算机生物信号分析系统记录心肌收缩力,应用全生化自动分析仪测定心肌酶谱。结果:丁草胺的染毒时间和浓度均可影响蟾蜍心肌收缩力和心肌酶谱。随着丁草胺浓度的增加和染毒时间的递增,心肌收缩力减弱,心肌酶谱升高。结论:丁草胺能改变蟾蜍心肌生理活动,提示使用除草剂应注意环境保护。Objective：To observe the effect of the herbicide butachlor on myocardial contracts dint and myocardial enzymogram of Bufo bufo gargarizans,and to study physiological toxicity of herbicide butachlor on myocardial of Bufo bufo gargarizans.Methods：Bufo bufo gargarizans were randomly divided into four groups（n = 40） for poison dying,and after 3,6,and 9 days,myocardial contractility was recorded respectively with calculator living creature signal analysis system.Myocardial enzymogram was measured with dimension clinical chemistry system.Results：Time and concentration of poison dying all had effect on the myocardial contracts dint and myocardial enzymogram of Bufo bufo gargarizans.Along with the time and the concentration increasing,myocardial contractility decreased and myocardial enzymogram elevated.Conclusion：Herbicide butachlor can change myocardial physiological activity of Bufo bufo gargarizans,suggesting that herbicide should be used with great attention to environmental protection.
