涤纶外科修补材料包裹羟基磷灰石义眼座兔眼眶内植入的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:通过观察用涤纶外科修补材料包裹的羟基磷灰石义眼座植入兔眼眶内以后的血管化情况,探讨涤纶外科修补材料作为羟基磷灰石义眼座包裹材料眶内植入的可行性。方法:健康大耳白兔12只,按术后不同处死时间分为4组,每组3只;常规行眼球摘除术,然后用涤纶外科修补材料包裹直径为12mm的羟基磷灰石义眼座植入肌锥腔内。分别于术后3周、6周、10周、18周各处死1组实验动物,将义眼座取出,剖开进行大体观察及组织学检查其血管化情况。结果:所有兔结膜手术切口均愈合良好,未出现明显的并发症。组织学检查:HE染色显示随着羟基磷灰石义眼座植入时间的延长,长入义眼座孔隙内的纤维血管组织逐渐增多成熟。结论:涤纶外科修补材料与组织的相容性好,羟基磷灰石义眼座的血管化良好,未出现明显并发症,涤纶外科修补材料可以作为羟基磷灰石义眼座行眶内植入的包裹材料。Objective：By observing host fibrovascularization of hydroxyapatite orbital implants wrapped with polyester surgical fabrics in a rabbit model and evaluate its feasibility.Methods：12 rabbits were divided into 4 groups,had an eye enucleated and then received a 12mm hydroxyapatite implants wrapped in polyester surgical fabrics,which were then killed at 3,6,10,18 weeks respectively after the implantation.The implant was removed and cut open for observation and histopathological examination.Results：All the conjunctival wounds were healing well and there were no complications.HE stained,the fibro-vascular tissue was shown invaded the interconnecting pores and the vascularization became intensive with the time after the implantation.Conclusion：The polyester surgical fabrics have good compatibility to the orbital tissue with good vascularization of the HA implants and no complications,and can be used as wrapping material of hydroxyapatite orbital implants.
