摘　　要：目的:探讨胰岛素样生长因子2(IGF-Ⅱ)对宫颈癌SiHa细胞中K-Cl协同转运子1(KCC1)表达的影响。方法:应用半定量RT-PCR及Western-blot法检测宫颈癌SiHa细胞经不同时间不同浓度IGF-Ⅱ作用后,其KCC1 mRNA及蛋白表达的变化。结果:经IGF-Ⅱ作用后的SiHa细胞,其KCC1 mRNA及蛋白表达明显增加,并且这种变化呈一定的时间剂量依赖关系。结论:IGF-Ⅱ作用下KCC1表达的增加可能在宫颈癌的发生发展中发挥重要作用。Objective：To discuss the influence of insulin-like growth factors-2（IGF-Ⅱ） on the expression of K,Cl cotransport-1（KCC1 ） of cervical cancer SiHa cells.Methods：Using semi-quantitative RT-PCR and Western-blot,the changes of KCC1 mRNA and protein expression of SiHa cells were detected after treated with IGF-Ⅱat different time and concentrations.Results：After treated with IGF-II,the expression of KCC1 mRNA and protein in SiHa cells increased obviously,showing a time-dose dependent relationship.Conclusion：The increased expression of KCC1 by IGF-Ⅱ may play an important role in the development of cervical cancer.
