摘 要:将35个不同基因型的马铃薯试管苗单节段接种在添加20μmol/L嘧啶醇的MS培养基中,在光照16 h/d和(17±1)℃温度条件下培养6个月后,分析嘧啶醇对试管苗生长的影响。结果显示,除基因型CE76外,20μmol/L嘧啶醇对于参试基因型试管苗生长速度均有显著的延缓作用,但在基因型间存在较大差异。80%左右的基因型在添加嘧啶醇的培养基中培养6个月后其试管苗株高低于8 cm,其抑制率在50%以上。添加嘧啶醇培养基中培养的试管苗长势健壮,节间距显著缩短而节数没有显著减少,嘧啶醇也强烈地抑制根伸长。Plantlets of 35 potato genotypes were cultured on the MS medium supplemented with 20 μmol/L ancymidol under photoperiod of 16 h/d and(17±1) ℃.The effect of ancymidol on plantlets growth was investigated after 6 months.The results showed that there is an obvious retarding effect of ancymidol on plant height except for clone CE76,but the retardation rate were remarkably different among the genotypes.The plant height of about 80% genotypes was under 8 cm after 6 months and the retardant rate was over 50%.The plantlets cultured with 20 μmol/L ancymidol were vigorous in growth and short in inter-nods without reduction of the node numbers,but root growth was significantly restricted in terms of root length.
