摘  要:随着研究生招生规模的不断扩大,研究生教育成为我国人才培养的重点。其培养过程主要是导师负责制的个体管理,但仅仅采取导师负责制是不够的,特别是临床医学院校的研究生导师肩负着医、教、研重任。在保证研究生培养质量方面,有效的管理模式是重要的保证和前提。随着高等教育管理的改革,北京大学临床医学院采取了研究生纵向建班管理制。经过两年多的实践,积累了一些经验并初见成效。With the enlargement of postgraduate admission scale, postgraduate education has become the keystone of talent cultivation in our country. The process of cultivation is characterized by individual management of the supervisor. However, it has become evident that the management model of supervisor's responsibility can not satisfy the need of development, especially for the supervisors working in clinical schools who generally take on very important responsibilities of clinical practice, teaching and researching. How to ensure the quality of postgraduate cultivation? The authors deem that effective management functions as its premise and guarantee. As a clinical college of Peking University, the authors initially tried to establish longi- tudinal management system of postgraduate class in response to the reform of higher educational management system two years ago. Here these methods and experiences of the new management model are briefly described.
