肝细胞癌组织微血管密度与血小板源性生长因子B mRNA表达的关系

摘  要:目的初步探讨肝细胞癌组织中血小板源性生长因子B(PDGF-B)mRNA的表达与微血管密度(MVD)之间的关系。方法用RT-PCR法检测51例肝细胞癌和20例正常肝组织PDGF-BmRNA。采用免疫组化(sABC)法检测MVD的表达。结果肝细胞癌组织PDGFBmRNA的表达量明显高于正常肝组织,两者比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。肝癌组织和正常肝组织的MVD值分别是29.43土4.818和14.56土1.96(P<0.01)。结论PDGF-B作为一个血管内皮细胞生长调节因子,在肝癌的发生、发展过程中可能起着重要的促进生长和转移作用。Objective To investigate the relationship between platelet-derived growth factor B(PDGF-B)mRNA expression and mierovessel density(MVD)in liver tissues of bepatoeellular carcinoma (HCC). Methods PDGF-B mRNAwas detected by RT-PCR in 51 eases of HCC and another 20 cases of normal liver tissues. At the same time,MVD expression was detected by immunobistocbemical staining. Results The expression of PDGF-B mRNA in HCC was significantly higher than that in normal liver tissues(P〈0.01). The average MVD value was 29.43±4. 818 and 14.56±1.96,respectively in liver tissues of the two groups( P 〈0.01). The coefficient between PDGF-B and MVD was 0.331 (p= 0.018). Conclusions PDGF-B,as a regulator of vascular endothelial cell growth factor,may play an important role in the development and metastasis of HCC.
