摘　　要：随着医疗卫生改革不断深化,医院间的竞争越来越激烈,尤其是同城医院竞争。为了获得优势或赢得市场,在装备、人才、价格、宣传等方面大做文章,一方面医院得到快速发展,同时也给社会带来了许多负面效应,影响到卫生资源的合理配置,影响到患者的利益,影响到各自医院的协调发展,影响到和谐社会的建立。本文从医院同城竞争的表现形式、利益危害及其和谐环境的建立三个方面进行论述,提供参考。With the deepening of medical reform, competitions in hospitals, especially in the same city, become more and more serious. The competition focuses on medical equipments, talents, prices, propaganda and so on which result in rapid development of hospitals, at the same time some negative effects will appear. In this article, three aspects were elaborated as representation mode of competition, harm and the construction of harmonious circumstance.
