摘　　要：随着医院病案信息量越来越大,传统的纸张病案给病案管理工作带来诸多问题。数字化病案管理系统在医院现代化管理中功效突显,杜绝了病案资料在借阅过程中修改、转借或丢失的情况,减轻了工作人员的劳动强度;利用它分析病例,总结经验教训,不断提高治疗水平;同时也是进行学术研究的原始资料。With the growing information volume of medical record in hospital, the traditional paper-based medical record brought many problems to the medical record administration. Therefore, the digital medical record administration system have many advantages in modernization management of hospital, which can prevent medical record alteration, onward lending as well as lost during the lending process and reduce the labor intensity of related staff. On the other hand, the system could be used as source materials for academic research, to analyze the medical record, draw the lesson and experience form past, and constantly improve the treatment ability.
