摘　　要：目的探讨CD87在胶质瘤的表达及临床意义。方法应用流式细胞仪定量检测32例胶质瘤CD87含量,并与常规病理分级对照研究。其中I级8例,Ⅱ级9例,Ⅲ级9例,IV级6例,另取3例正常脑组织作为对照。结果CD87在人脑胶质瘤中的表达与病理分级相关,在Ⅲ级、IV级中显著高于I级、Ⅱ级和正常脑组织(P<0.01)。IV级高于Ⅲ级(P<0.01);I级与Ⅱ级相比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论CD87表达与胶质瘤病理分级呈正相关(r=0.83),而与患者年龄、性别、肿瘤部位及瘤体体积等无关,可作为判断胶质瘤恶性程度和浸润潜能的辅助指标。[Objective] To investigate the expression clinical significance of CDs7 in human brain glioma. [Methods] CD87 in thirty-two cases of glioma was quantitated by flow cytometry （FCM）, including grade Ⅰ 8, grade Ⅱ 9, grade Ⅲ 9 and grade Ⅳ 6. Normal train tissue of 3 cases was taken as control. Direct staining was used in this study. [Results] The intensity of CD87 expression in human glioma was correlated with the pathologic grade, and quantitative assay showed that CD87 expression was higher in grade Ⅲ and grade Ⅳ than in grade Ⅰ, grade Ⅱ and normal brain tissues. There was significant differences between them （P 〈0.01）. CD87 in Grade Ⅳ was higher than in grade Ⅲ （P 〈0.01）, and there was no significant difference between grade Ⅰ and grade Ⅱ （P 〉0.05）. [Conclusion] The expression of CD87 is positively correlated with the pathologic grade or pattern （r =0.83）, and the expression of CD87 can be an index of judging the malignant degree and infiltrative ability of glioma.
