摘 要:以不套袋果实为对照,研究了套袋红富士苹果果皮显微结构和贮藏性能。结果显示,套袋果果皮角质层相对较薄且疏松,对照果果皮皮层相对较厚且紧密。在贮藏期间,果肉硬度和可溶性固形物含量的变化趋势和幅度套袋果与对照基本一致,但单果质量下降的幅度套袋果明显大于对照,说明套袋果在贮藏期间失水比对照快,因此认为套袋果实的贮藏性能较不套袋果有所降低。The pericarp microstructure and storage quality oft bagged fruits had studied, and non-bagged as comparison of Hongfushi apple types. The results showed that the cuticles of periearp of bagged ones was relatively thin and loose, the comparison was relatively thick and close. The change tendency and the scope set of the firmness and the soluble solid content of fruits on bagged compared basically with the comparison during the stoling, however,the heavy of single fruit was bigger than the comparison obviously, it explained the dehydrates of bagged fruits was quicker than comparison, therefore,we thought that the storage quality on bagged fruits had reduces with the comparison.
