摘 要:对钉头管自支承式换热器钉头纵向间距分别为20,35和50mm的三种钉头管-光管混合管束进行了壳程性能试验研究,并与纯光管管束试验进行了比较,得到了钉头管自支承式换热器的壳程摩擦阻力系数和传热膜系数的回归关联式。研究结果表明钉头管自支承式换热器具有良好的壳程强化传热性能,当1000≤Re≤4295时,以钉头纵向间距s=35mm的混合管束的α/Δp性能最优,其平均值比光管管束提高了34%。This thesis conducted a shell - side performance research on three kinds of mixed tubes bundles of pinfinned and plain tubes whose longitudinal distance between nailheads are s =20,35,50 mm respectively. After comparing with the experiment on bundles of plain tubes, this thesis gained the regression correlative equation concerning the friction resistance coefficient of shell side and heat transfer film coefficient of self - support heat exchanger of pin - finned tubes. The research results show that self - support heat exchanger of pin - finned tubes has excellent intensified heat transfer performance at shell - side. When 1000 ≤Re≤4295, the mixed tubes bundles (s = 35 mm) has the best α/Δp performance. Compared with bundles of plain tubes, its average α/Δp increases by 34%.
