摘　　要：进行了二种新型义齿软衬材料(热固化型和光固化型)的溶血试验、口服急性全身毒性试验、致敏试验和口腔粘膜刺激试验.结果表明,所测试的软衬材料无溶血反应,属无毒级、微弱致敏物,对口腔粘膜亦无刺激性.In this study, the general toxicity including haemolysis, Oral LD50, Skin sensi-tyzation and oral mucous irratation of two new soft denture liners were investigated. The results showed that the two soft denture liners had no haemolysis and no obvious evidence of toxic,and skin sensitization and oral mucous irratation were also proved negative.
