摘　　要：随着高校后勤社会化改革的不断深入,如何做好后勤思想政治工作已成为当务之急。面对高校后勤思想政治工作出现的新问题,要把解决职工思想压力与转化为精神动力结合起来、解决思想问题与解决实际问题结合起来、思想政治工作与业务工作结合起来,此外,还要加强队伍建设,打牢思想政治工作的组织基础。With the successive socialization reform in higher education, how to succeed in ideological and political word in Logistics becomes an urgent affair. In the face of new problems in Logistic work, we should combine reduction of staff members＇ mental burden with its transformation into spiritual motivation, solution to ideological problems with solution to realistic problems, ideological and political word with vocational work. Additionally, we must reinforce team building and lay a solid foundation for the ideological and political work.
