摘　　要：阐述积极心理学的研究内容与主要观点,并从三个方面探讨积极心理学在图书馆事业发展中的意义和作用:首先,在分析读者心理学边缘化状态成因的基础上,指出图书馆心理学通过吸收和借鉴积极心理学的观点与方法论能丰富自己的理论内涵;其次,通过对图书馆制度的剖析,得出建立积极的图书馆制度是图书馆制度建设的必由之路的结论;最后,阐明积极心理学关于幸福获取途径的观点是图书馆开展心理健康教育的理论基础等重要观点。This paper expounds the study contents and main viewpoints of positive psychology, then discusses the meaning and effect of positive psychology for library career from three aspects：Firstly, ponits out that library pshychology can enrich its own theory connotation by absorbing and learning from the view and methodology of positive pshychology on basis of analyzing the reason why the readers pshychology marginalized. Secondly, concludes that building positive library system is essential to library system construction through the analysis of library systems. Finally, expounds the view of happiness road coming from positive pshychology is the theoritical basis acutalized in library mental education.
