中药验方联合安理申对老年性痴呆的治疗研究

摘　　要：目的探讨中药验方与安理申联合使用对老年性痴呆患者认知功能和行为能力的改善作用。方法收集老年性痴呆患者160例,随机分为两组:安理申和中药验方联合治疗组80例,安理申治疗组80例。两组患者分别在治疗前、治疗3个月后、治疗6个月后进行MMSE评分、ADL评分的测评。结果中药验方与安理申联合使用治疗3个月后MMSE评分为23.12,较安理申治疗组有明显的改善作用(P<0.01)。结论中西药联合治疗对老年性痴呆患者认知、行为能力较单独应用安理申有更为显著的治疗作用。Objective To investigate the effect of combination of donepezil and traditional Chinese medicine empirical formula in treating old patients with Alzheimer＇s disease on cognitive function and behavioral. Methods 160 patients with Alzheimer＇s disease were randomly divided into 2 groups： the group treated with donepezil, the group treated with donepezil and traditional Chinese medicine empirical formula to prevent Alzheimer＇s disease. MMSE Scale and ADL Scale of 2 groups Were assessed and compared before treatment and 3 months,6 months after treatment. Results The cognitive function and behavioral abilities were improved markedly in the group treated with donepezil and butylphthalide （P〈0.01）, Conclusion Combination of donepezil and traditional Chinese medicine empirical formula can markedly ameliorate the cognitive function and behavioral abilities in patients with Alzheimer＇s disease.
