安理申和恩必普联合应用治疗老年性痴呆的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨联合应用安理申和恩必普对老年性痴呆患者认知功能和行为能力的改善作用。方法收集老年性痴呆患者180例,随机分为3个组:安理申和恩必普联合治疗组60例,安理申治疗组60例,对照组60例。对照组不使用防止痴呆药物。3组患者分别在治疗前和治疗3、6个月后进行MMSE评分、ADL评分的测评。结果安理申和恩必普联合治疗组患者治疗后认知、行为能力较安理申治疗组改善明显(P<0.01)。结论安理申和恩必普联合治疗对老年性痴呆患者认知、行为能力有显著改善作用。Objective To investigate the effect of combination of donepezil and butylphthalide in treating old patients with Alzheimer＇s disease on cognitive function and behavioral. Methods 180 patients with Alzheimer＇s disease were randomly divided into 3 groups：the group treated with donepezil, the group treated with donepezil and hutylphthalide, the control group treated without any medcine or herb to prevent Alzheimer＇s disease. MMSE Scale and ADL Scale of 3 groups were assessed and compared before treatment and 3 months,6 months after treatment. Results The cognitive function and behavioral abilities were improved markedly in the group treated with donepezil and hutylphthalide （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Combination of donepezil and hutylphthalide can markedly ameliorate the cognitive function and behavioral abilities in patients with Alzheimer＇s disease.
