沙床对470例卒中患者偏瘫康复治疗的应用研究

摘　　要：目的研制一种对卒中后肢体瘫痪具有独特疗效的沙床,并观察其治疗效果。方法沙床由钢板焊制的床架和沙池盒两部分构成,以沙介质和芳香类中药为主要内容物,床体的下面安装有带振子的电机和电热器。选择250例脑梗死和220例脑出血患者进行沙床治疗,并分别设立对照组。结果脑梗死和脑出血患者使用沙床后3个月时行为能力较对照组改善明显,脑梗死组ADL评分比对照组降低6.6分(P<0.01),脑梗死组比对照组降低6.4分(P<0.01)。结论偏瘫治疗沙床对脑卒中造成的偏瘫具有较好的治疗功能。Objective To evaluate the clinical benefit of rehabilitation sands bed therapy for stroke, Methods Case-control study , using rehabilitation sands bed for the treatment of 250 cases of acute cerebral infarction and 220 cases of acute cerebral hemorrage from October 2001 to October 2003, the recovery of neurological function were observed, Results The behavioral abilities were improved markedly in the the group treated with rehabilitation sands bed （P〈0.01）, Conclusion Rehabilitation sands bed is effctive for the treatment of acute cerebral infarction and hemorrage.
