美金刚治疗阿尔茨海默病的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨美金刚对阿尔茨海默病患者认知功能和行为能力的改善作用。方法收集阿尔茨海默病患者360例,随机分为美金刚治疗组120例,安理申治疗组120例,对照组120例。对照组不使用美金刚、安理申等防治痴呆的药物。3个组患者分别在治疗前和治疗3、6个月后进行MMSE评分、ADL评分的测评。结果治疗组在治疗后认知、行为能力均较治疗前有明显改善,MMSE评分分别提高7.2%和10.2%,ADL评分分别降低5.2%和11.6%(P<0.05)。结论美金刚对阿尔茨海默病患者认知、行为能力有显著改善作用。Objective To investigate the effect of Memantine in treating patients with Alzheimerrs disease on cognitive function and behavior. Methods 360 patients with Alzheimerrs disease were randomly divided into the group treated with Memantine,the group treated with Aricept and the contral group treated without any medcine to prevent Alzheimer＇s disease. MMSE Scale and ADI. Scale of 3 groups were assessed and compared before treatment and treatment after 3 months,6 months. Results The cognitive function and behavior abilities were improved significantly in the experimental group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Memantine can significantly improve the cognitive function and behavior abilities in patients with Alzheimer＇s disease.
