阿尔茨海默病规范化治疗的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨阿尔茨海默病规范化治疗对阿尔茨海默病患者认知功能和行为能力的治疗作用。方法临床诊断为阿尔茨海默病的患者142例,随机分为规范化程序治疗组71例与未应用规范化程序治疗组71例,两组患者分别在治疗前、治疗3、6个月后进行MMSE评分、ADL评分的检查。结果阿尔茨海默病规范化治疗后认知、行为能力均较治疗前有明显改善。治疗3、6个月后,MMSE评分分别提高13.5%和22.8%,ADL评分分别降低11.7%和16.6%(P<0.05)。结论阿尔茨海默病规范化治疗对阿尔茨海默病患者认知、行为能力有显著改善作用。Obective To analysis the effect on application of standardized treatment in Alzheimer＇s disease on cognitive function and behavior. Methods 142 patients with Alzheimer＇s disease were randomly divided into the group treated with standardized procedure and the other group treated without standardized procedure. MMSE Scale and ADL Scale of 2 groups were assessed before treatment and treatment after 3 months,6 months. Results The cognitive function and behavior abilities were improved significantly in the group treated with normalized procedure （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Application of standardized treatment procedure signifi cantly improve the cognitive function and behavior abilities in patients with Alzheimer＇s disease.
