安理申治疗阿尔茨海默病的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨安理申对阿尔茨海默病患者认知功能和行为能力的治疗作用。方法收集阿尔茨海默病患者220例,随机分为治疗组110例与对照组110例,治疗组采用安理申,对照组不使用安理申等防治阿尔茨海默病药物。两组患者分别在治疗前和治疗3、6个月后进行MMSE评分、ADL评分的检查。结果安理申治疗组治疗后认知、行为能力均较治疗前有明显改善。治疗3、6个月后,MMSE评分分别提高14%和21%,ADL评分分别降低5.3%和14.5%(P<0.05)。结论安理申对阿尔茨海默病患者认知、行为能力有显著改善作用。Objective To investigate the effect of Arieept in treating patients with Alzheimer＇s disease on cognitive function and behavior. Methods 220 patients with Alzheimer＇s disease were randomly divided into the group treated with Aricept and the contral group treated without any medicine to treat Alzheimerrs disease. MMSE Scale and ADL Scale of 2 groups were assessed before treatment and treatment after 3 months,6 months. Results The cognitive function and behavior abilities were improved significantly in the trail group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Aricept can significantly improve the cognitive function and behavior abilities in pa tients with Alzheimer＇s disease.
