摘　　要：人的现代化作为整个社会现代化的核心与目的,既是一个历史的范畴,也是一个文化的概念。就文化而言,它是指人在精神上脱离和超越传统文化,并逐渐获得现代性的过程。在这一过程中,需要理性地廓清传统道德文化的内涵,具体地分析现代性的精神实质,正确地对待现代性与传统道德文化的异质冲突,积极寻求二者的结合点,为社会整体现代化提供精神源泉与动力。Modernization of human being as the key or the target of whole social modernization belongs to history, also to the concept of culture. As for culture, it refers to the process of human being out of or over- cross traditional culture with mind and gradually get the nature of modem. In the process, we should make sure the content of tradition moral culture, analyze the spirit meaning of the nature of modern in detail and treat correctly with different shock between the nature of modern and tradition moral culture. At last, we can find the combination point in both and provide the spirit spring and power for whole modernization of society.
