摘　　要：在电子商务环境下,电子化供应链作为一种新的供应链模式,提高了供应链企业之间信息传递的效率。高效运转的外部信息要求企业ERP与电子化供应链的整合。论文从电子化供应链的特点出发,构建了电子化供应链与ERP的整合模型,并提出集成的方法。In E-commerce environment, electronic supply chain as a new supply chain, improves the efficiency of information between the enterprises of the supply chain. Efficient operation of the external information requires ERP and e-supply chain to integrate. From the electronic characteristics of the supply chain, this paper constrncs the integration model of ectronic supply chain and ERP, and proposes integrated approach.
