摘 要:采用德国耶拿公司的MultiEA2000型碳硫仪对催化裂化催化剂的积碳量进行分析,考察了仪器分析参数、试样预处理条件、试样量等分析条件对分析结果的影响,同时考察了分析方法的准确性,并与美国Leco公司的CS444型高频红外碳硫仪的分析结果进行了对比,探讨了用电阻炉加热式碳硫仪分析催化裂化催化剂积碳量的可行性。实验结果表明,该分析方法准确可靠、重复性好;在催化裂化催化剂碳质量分数为0.05%~2%的范围内,在燃烧温度1150℃、试样量70.0~200.0mg、积分时间3min的分析条件下,两种仪器的碳含量分析结果的相关性达99.67%,能满足分析催化裂化催化剂积碳量的要求。Content of carbon deposition in fluid catalytic cracking (FCC) catalyst was determined by using a carbon/sulfur analyzer ( Multi EA2000) with resistance furnace heating mode. Effects of the analyzer parameters, pretreating conditions of samples and sample amount on analytical results were discussed. The precision of analysis method were investigated. Analysis results from Multi EA2000 analyzer were compared with that from CS444 carbon/sulfur analyzer. The latter was a high frequency infrared heating mode instrument widely used in analyzing carbon content. When the carbon mass fraction of FCC catalyst is in the range of 0.05% - 2% , by using Multi EA2000, under the analysis conditions: combustion temperature 1 150 ℃, sample mass 70.0 -200.0 mg and integral time 3 min, the precision is 1.4% and recovery is 97.9% - 102.7%. The analysis method with good repeatability is reliable. The correlation coefficient for analytic results from both Multi EA2000 and CS444 analyzer is 99.67%. Both types of carbon/sulfur analyzers can meet the requirement of analyzing carbon content in FCC catalyst.
