摘　　要：目的探讨玻璃体腔注入C3F8气体在视网膜脱离术后再脱离手术治疗中的应用。方法选取30例孔源性视网膜脱离行视网膜脱离复位术后1周内视网膜不复位患者,二次行玻璃体腔注入C3F8气体治疗,分析术后视网膜复位率。结果总复位率53%,其中,由于加压不"实"和裂孔后缘后翻导致视网膜不复位者,手术成功率最高,分别达到100%和83%;而加压方式不正确及加压块位置偏前导致的手术失败病例中,本手术方式无一例成功;其余原因者,成功率都在50%以下。结论玻璃体腔注气术在正确选择适应证的前提下,在网脱术后再脱离患者的治疗中,具有良好的治疗效果。Objective To investigate the application of intravitreal injection of C3F8 in redetachment cases after rhegmatogenous retinal detachment operations.Methods 30 cases suffered retinal redetachment 1 week after rhegmatogenous retinal detachment operations underwent intravitreal injection of C3F8.Results reattachment rate were analysed.The total reattachment rate was 53%.Patients with inadequent tamp and tear,lid backturn achieved redetachment rate of 100% and 83% respectively;Those cases without proper position of buckling and operation mode can＇t reattach their retina.The other reasons,rate was below 50%.Conclusion Retinopexy can be a useful alternative to those redetachments after rhegmatogenous retinal detachment operations in properly selected cases.
