摘　　要：采用盐酸为酸解催化剂、过硫酸铵为氧化剂,在1h反应时间内,得到一种低黏高浓的酸解氧化淀粉乳液。淀粉在酸解的同时进行氧化,既缩短了反应时间,又提高了反应效率。经单因素分析试验,得出的优化工艺条件为:淀粉乳液浓度35%;反应时间1h;盐酸浓度0.5mol/L;反应温度55℃;过硫酸铵用量为淀粉干基质量的2.25%。酸解氧化淀粉具有酸解淀粉与氧化淀粉的双重性质,既克服了酸解淀粉易凝沉的缺陷,又避免了因纯氧化淀粉固体含量较低而无法满足木材胶粘剂要求的弊端。得到的酸解氧化淀粉乳液具有黏度低、浓度高、抗凝沉性好等特性,可较好地用于胶粘剂的制造。Acid-thinned and oxidized starch latex with low-viscosity and high-concentration is obtained in 1 h of reaction time by adopting hydrochloric acid as the acid-thinned catalyst and ammonium persulfate as the oxidant. Starch is acid-thinned and oxidized meanwhile, which shortens reaction time and enhances reaction velocity. The optimum technology conditions obtained by analytical experiments of single element are as follows ： 35 % of starch latex concentration, 1 h of reaction time, 0.5mol/L of hydrochloric acid concentration, 55 ℃ of reaction temperature, and ammonium persulfate amount of 2.25% by weight of dry starch. Acid-thinned and oxidized starch has double properties of acid-thinned starch and oxidized starch ,which overcomes the defect of easily coagulating for the acid-thinned starch and avoids the shortcoming of low solid content for the pure oxidized starch, for which pure oxidized starch can not meet the requirement of wood adhesive. Acid-thinned and oxidized starch has good properties such as low-viscosity, high-concentration, and can be used to prepare adhesive.
