温脾实肠法治疗脾阳虚证的实验研究(1)——对胃肠功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察温脾实肠法对治疗脾阳虚动物胃肠功能的影响并对其作用机理进行探讨。方法:①采用10%大黄水煎液灌胃造成小鼠脾阳虚模型后给药,末次给药后给予10%炭末灌胃,分别腹腔注射多巴胺和新斯的明,观察胃残留率和炭末推进率。②采用0.1mg/kg的利血平连续注射12天造成大鼠脾虚模型后给药,测血清中No浓度和胃残留率。结果:①温脾实肠颗粒和温脾实肠合剂对大黄致脾虚小鼠可提高胃残留率,延缓肠道炭末推进,增强多巴胺对脾虚小鼠胃肠运动的抑制作用。抑制新斯的明对脾虚小鼠胃肠运动的促进作用。②明显提高脾虚大鼠的胃残留率和血中NO浓度。结论:温脾实肠法对脾阳虚动物具有增强多巴胺对胃肠蠕动抑制作用,降低新斯的明对胃肠蠕动促进作用,降低胃排空,具有胃动力抑制作用。能改善肠壁功能作用,升高血中NO浓度,具有调节胃肠功能的作用。Objective： To observe the effect of the law of WenPiShiChang on the stomach intestine function and explore its mechanisms. Methods. （ 1 ） The mice were given 10% rhubarb water for 10 days and then were given the herb by intragastric administration. In the last the mice were injected with dopamine and neostigmine respective by intraperitoneal injection. And we measured the residual rate of the stomach and the progradation rate of Carbo Medicinalis and compared them. （2） We made the model of spleen deficiency by hypodermic injection of 0. 1mg/kg apoplon and then the rat were given the herb by intragastric administration. In the last we measured the NO concentration in the blood and the residual rate of the stomach. Results ： （ 1 ） The residual rate of the stomach was raised and the progradation rate of Carbo Medicinalis was diminished in the mice. （2）The residual rate of the stomach was raised in the rat and the NO concentration in the blood was elevate. Conclusion： The law of WenPiShiChang can strengthen the depressant effect of dopamine on the gastrointestinal motility and inhibit the promotion effect of neostigmine on the gastrointestinal motility. （2） The law of WenPiShiChang can inhibit the gastrointestinal motility of the rat with the syndrome of deficiency of spleen - YANG and it might be relevant with the promote of the NO concentration in the blood.
