摘　　要：通过研究《内经》中有关足阳明经脉与神志疾病关系的论述,分析了足阳明与脏腑的配属关系,及神志与脏腑的相关性,提出抓住五脏整体协调、抓住脾胃与心,调节五脏整体的中心以治疗神志疾病,才是理解足阳明与神志疾病关系的实质与关键。By inspecting the discussion on the relation between stomach meridian （ST） and mind diseases in Internal Classic , this article analyzes the attribution of stomach meridian （ST） and viscera and bowels and the relation between mind and viscera and bowels. The author presents that the key to understand the relation between stomach meridian （ST） and mind diseases is to focus on five viscera holistic correspond, spleen, stomach and heart and regulating five viscera holistically to treat mind diseases.
