摘　　要：亚健康状态已成为普遍的社会问题,明显威胁人们的健康生活。中医学"治未病"思想、体质学、辨证论治等观点,为诊断、治疗、预防亚健康状态提供理论依据和方法。Subhealth state is a popular social problem which seriously affects our daily lives. This thesis provides us a guideline and method to deeply understand TCM in diagnosis, treatment and prevention of it through treatment before the ocuurrance of disease , physical science and differential treatment.
