摘　　要：目的:对甘肃不同产区掌叶大黄进行质量研究,以确定优质掌叶大黄的产区。方法:对甘肃8个不同产区掌叶大黄进行性状、显微鉴别,并用高效液相对其5种蒽醌类成分含量进行测定。结果:不同产区掌叶大黄在性状、显微方面均有差异,其5种蒽醌类成分含量亦不相同。结论:不同产区对大黄的外部形态和内部构造具有影响,为推广种植提供理论参考依据。Objective .To study of quality of Rheum Palmatum ,confirm high grade producing area, Methods ：Carried on macroscopic and microscopic identification to Rheum Palmatum of eight different Regions in Gansu Province, and carried on the determination with HPLC to its anthraquinone contents. Results ：Rheum Palmatum of different regions in macroscopic and microscopic aspeetshave the difference, and their anthraquinone contents are not uniform, Conclusion ：The different production regions has the influence to exterior shape and internal structure of Rheum Palmatum.
