摘　　要：应用固体塞力学模型,计算食品挤压机的牵引角和输送比流率,为后续的结构设计提供理论基础。The traction angle and the solid conveying volumetric ratio flow rate of the food extruder was calculated using the solid plug mechanical modeling, The results provided the theoretic base for structural design of the food extruder.
