摘  要:目的通过观察实验性重症急性胰腺炎继发肺损伤时基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)的变化,探讨MMP-9对实验性重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)继发肺损伤的影响。方法SD大鼠24只随机分成2组,对照组与SAP组各12只。采用5%牛磺胆酸钠多点位胰腺被膜下注射建立重症胰腺炎模型。SAP组制模后12h取材,检测各组肺湿重系数、血清淀粉酶量、支气管细胞灌洗液细胞数及蛋白量、肺、胰腺组织形态学改变及MMP-9表达情况等指标。结果SAP组上述各项指标均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),SAP组肺组织内MMP-9阳性呈高表达。结论在SAP发病中因炎性细胞、致炎因子的激活而大量释放MMP-9,这与SAP合并肺损伤有密切关系。Objective To investigate the effect of matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) on severe acute pancreafitis(SAP) complicat.ed with lung injury. Methods SAP was induced in SD rats by injecting 5% sodium taurocholate(0.15 ml/100 g)under pancreatic capsule.The SD rats were randomly divided into two groups: control group (n=12) and SAP group(n=12). The wet weigh index of lung, serum amylase level, the number of cells, quantity of protein in bronchoatveolar lavage fluid and MMP-9 levels in lung were detected at 12 hours after SAP models were set up.Results The wet weigh index of lung, serum amylase level, the number of cells, quantity of protein and the levels of MMP-9 in lung were all increased in rats of SAP group, as compared with those of control group (P〈0.05). MMP-9 is released greatly in SAP, which is closely related with SAP complicated with lung injury.
