摘　　要：文章界定了高新技术转化为技术标准动力的内涵,明确了转化的主体,分析了转化的动力要素。最后,在期望理论模式和风险理论模式的基础上,提出了高新技术转化为技术标准的综合动力模式。The paper defines the motivity meaning and main transformation body of hightech transforming into technical standards and analyses motivity elements of high-tech transforming into technical standards. On the basis of expectation theoretical model and risk theoretical model, the paper brings forward the integrated motivity model of high-tech transforming into technical standards.
