摘　　要：量子心理学指出,意识是可观察的、定域性的和现实性的存在,类似于量子"粒子"的一面;而无意识则是未被观察的、非定域性的和潜在的,类似于量子"波"的一面。在心身或心物关系方面,量子心理学试图区分第一人称我和第三人称他,而不是心物状态。量子心理学对意识和大脑或身体相互作用所作的假设是,心理和量子事件相对等,并且都遵循数学秩序。在意识的作用和功能方面,量子心理学将意识作为观察的代理者,主张实在是一种潜在的可能性,通过意识的投射而成为现实,意识的作用只是使潜在的可能性显现出来。量子心理学以自然科学的方式重新确立了意识在心理学问题域中的合法地位,并且强调了主体意识在心理学研究中的决定性作用,心理学的理论不再是对"纯粹客观"的心理现象和行为的描述,而是关于作为知识的探寻者和知识获得者的活动,以及我们由此所获得的知识的描述。Quantum psychology points out that consciousness is observational, local and real, and it is similar to ＂particle＂ of quantum. But unconsciousness is unobservational, unlocal, and potential, it is similar to ＂wave＂ of quantum. In the respect of relationship between mind and body or material, quantum psychology attempts to distinguish the first - person I and the third - person He, but not the state of mind and body. In the respect of interaction of consciousness and brain or body, quantum psychology supposes that mental events and quantum events are equal, and both of them obey mathematical orders. In the respect of the effect and function of consciousness, quantum psychology regards consciousness as the agent of observation and asserts that the reality is a potential possibility, it becomes actuality by the projection of consciousness. The effect of consciousness is to make the potential possibility to appear only. Quantum psychology reestablishes the legal position of in the field of psychology by means of natural science, The theories of psychology are not the description of ＂pure objective ＂ mental phenomena and behaviors, instead they are the action of knowledge seekers and knowledge acquirers and the description of the knowledge we get form it.
